I’m a Radical Self Love Leader + Relationship Mentor. And I am all about empowering women to uplevel their relationships and their lives, through the art of radical self-love.

I spent my 20’s looking for mister right.
My 30’s trying to make it work with mister wrong.
And my 40’s trying to undo all the damage.
That’s when I went on a 7-year relationship hiatus. One where I underwent profound healing and transformation, broke lifelong patterns of people pleasing and self-abandonment that stemmed from my own lack of self work, and rediscovered myself, my worth and my magic again.
